Float Plan for S/V Serena
2009-10
My new 406 GPIRB is setting inside Serena with the activation switch duct taped CLOSED. My old 406 EPIRB is setting inside my apartment in Spenard - Anchorage, AK with the activation switch also safely duct taped CLOSED.
The battery on my old EPIRB is now past its official expiration date. I've purchased a new ACR Globalfix GPIRB and have sent in the relevant emergency contact info to the Coast Guard.
12-03-09: Serena is moored at the Seward Small Boat Harbor in slip H-36. She is buttoned up for the winter in her winter cover waiting for spring weather and new adventures with friends new and old in the Northern Gulf of Alaska.
