Float Plan for S/V Serena

This float plan is closed

My new 406 GPIRB is setting inside my storage unit just off of Arctic Blvd in Anchorage – AK with the activation switch duct taped CLOSED. My old 406 EPIRB is also setting inside my storage unit with the activation switch also safely duct taped CLOSED.

The battery on my old EPIRB is now past its official expiration date. I’ve purchased a new ACR Globalfix GPIRB and have sent in the relevant emergency contact info to the Coast Guard.

Winter/Spring 2017: Serena is moored at the Seward Small Boat Harbor in slip H-36. She is buttoned up for the winter in her winter cover waiting for spring weather and new adventures with friends new and old in the Northern Gulf of Alaska.
